This bundle is meant to be used as a protocol or throughout different energetic phases of the healing journey. Begin with the protect spray and trust flower essence blend to clear your energetic field and have faith in the universe you are on your perfect path. As you begin to feel your energy shift, or after you finish your bottle of trust drops, move on to your inner shimmer flower essence blend and love spray. The love spray will infuse your spirit with cosmic love and the inner shimmer blend will support you in activating your most authentic self.
If taken with recommended dosage, each flower essence bottle should be completed in ~1 month. As a protocol, this should take about ~2 months. Depending on your circumstances and energy, you can repeat parts of the protocol as often as necessary or use individual pieces as you see fit.
