Vegetable glycerin, alkaline water, flower essences (elm, aspen, oak, pine, mimulus, white chestnut, rock rose)

Take 4 droplets 4x per day under the tongue, or as needed. Additionally, you can add to any beverage of your choice. If you do add to a beverage, ensure you consume the entire beverage to receive the full dosage, otherwise supplement the droplets later in the day. For those actively addressing specific energetic patterns, adhering to the recommended daily dosage is advised.
