Nettle, comfrey, horsetail, calendula, red clover, tulsi, motherwort, rosehips, peppermint, raspberry leaf, dandelion leaf, lemon balm, damiana

Place about 2 teaspoons of the herbal blend into a tea infuser and pour hot water over the herbs. We recommend using water slightly below boiling, as to not burn the herbs. Steep for 5–10 minutes, depending on your preferred strength. Strain and enjoy warm or over ice as a refreshing and restorative tonic. For enhanced mineral absorption, steep the tea for a bit longer or prepare as an overnight infusion.
